Shipping Information

We offer UPS and FedEx
shipping with overnight service Monday - Thursday, and the more economical 2-day
service Monday - Wednesday. Our shipping schedule is based on orders placed
before 10 AM ET. For orders placed after 10 AM ET, please add 1 additional day.
Important: All shipments require a street address (sorry, no PO
Boxes). Damage due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses voids our
guarantee. Please be sure to double-check all addresses.
Packaging: Because nearly all of our
products are perishable, shipping them takes thought and careful planning. We've
come up with our own fresh pack system that keeps perishables cool in transit
for up to 48 hours. All products are individually shrink-wrapped, then frozen
fresh to lock in all the natural flavor. The food is packed in an attractive
inner box and nestled in a reusable Styrofoam container with enough dry ice to
ensure safe delivery. Finally, the container is placed in a heavy-duty
corrugated box for an additional layer of protection. It's the best way to
ensure that every order is delivered in perfect condition. There is no charge
for packing materials.

Product Returns: If your order is spoiled or damaged due to negligence
by Paulsen Foods or UPS/FedEx, we will replace it free-of-charge. If you receive
an order that you suspect is spoiled, damaged, or incorrect in any way, please
do not discard the contents. Contact us immediately at (866) 972-8573. We may
request that you return the order to us for inspection. If you are dissatisfied
with your order, you must notify our office by phone or email within 24 hours
after receipt.
